Directions

  1. Take I-95 toward New England.
  2. Just before New Haven, CT, take I-91 north to Hartford.
  3. At Hartford, take I-84 east to the Massachusetts Turnpike.
  4. Take the Turnpike east and exit at I-495 north.
  5. Take I-495 north and follow the signs to New Hampshire and the Maine Turnpike (I-95 north).
  6. Leave the Maine Turnpike at Westbrook, Mile 48 (the old exit 8).
  7. Follow signs to route 302 west.
  8. Stay on 302 through Windham, Sebago, Casco, Naples and Bridgton.
  9. About one mile outside of Bridgton, route 93 forks to the right.
  10. Take route 93 for about 7 miles (from route 302) and you will come to a stop sign.
  11. Turn left at the stop sign (staying on 93) and continue over the hill to the first paved road on the right, Tapawingo Road.
  12. You will see a large Camp Tapawingo sign on your right. Turn right at this sign. Tapawingo is 1 mile down this road at the top of a hill. Please park in front of the office or the "Den."
